Key Requirements

  • CIPD qualification preferred
  • Extensive experience with European labour laws and Works Council management
  • Proven leadership in complex employee relations across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
  • Experience with investigations and sensitive employee matters
  • Fluent English required; additional European language preferred
