Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years program assurance experience
Direct ERP implementation assurance experience
Strong stakeholder engagement capability
Program governance and delivery frameworks knowledge
Board-ready reporting skills
Nice-to-have
Big 4 or top-tier consulting background
PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, SAFe, or ITIL certifications
Experience with AI risk and governance
Team leadership and coaching capability
Proposal and pursuit support experience
Key Requirements
5-8+ years experience in program assurance or PMO
Direct experience with ERP system implementations
Professional certifications desirable (PRINCE2, PMP, etc.)
