Job Summary

  • Lead the development and execution of Winland Foods’ manufacturing engineering strategy, driving capital investment and process optimization across our network of our 11 pasta/dry dinners manufacturing facilities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 10+ years manufacturing engineering experience
  • 5+ years multi-site experience
  • Proven capital planning and execution track record
  • Demonstrated leadership in team development
  • Working knowledge of sanitary equipment design
  • Proficiency in MS 365 and MS Project
