Key Requirements
High School diploma or G.E.D.
Two years public contact or customer service experience
Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
Must be 18 years or older
Pass background and fingerprint investigation
No revoked or suspended driver’s license
Compliance with FBI CJIS policy within 6 months
