Key Requirements

• 3 years of Proven experience working with people living with Dementia
• Registered Nurse or Allied Health qualification
• Training and Assessment qualification highly desirable
• Skills in teaching, mentoring and coaching others
• Confidence with conducting care tasks
• High level of negotiation, communication and relationship building skills
• Problem solving and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills
• Strong administrative and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
