Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5 year college degree or MBBS
3 years clinical practice experience
Experience in clinical data sciences at CRO
Knowledge of medical terminology pharmacology anatomy physiology
Strong project management and coaching skills
Nice-to-have
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong customer focus and relationship building
Leadership experience in therapeutic areas
Proven track record of continuous improvement
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Clinical or biological area
MBBS degree required
3 years of work experience in clinical research
Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical data sciences
Equivalent combination of education and experience allowed
