Skills & Requirements
Must-have
15+ years diverse construction roles
8+ years construction management experience
Lead complex industrial construction projects
Manage projects valued $50K to $50M
Oversee design-build and EPC projects
Implement comprehensive safety programs
Read P&IDs and process systems
Nice-to-have
Food, beverage, or life science sector experience
Technologically savvy with PM software
Strong leadership and team development skills
Willingness to obtain contractor qualifier license
Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred
OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification required
Contractor Qualifier License(s) or willingness to obtain licensure
Construction project management certification preferred
Proficiency in estimating, scheduling, and budget creation
