As a Senior Manager of Technical Program Management (TPM) in Capital One’s Card Tech+ organization, you will help manage our integration with Discover.
This role will partner with other TPMs across Card and CapitalOne as we build the foundation of a successful Card integration and pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline.

McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100; Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300; Bonus/Equity: performance based incentive compensation; Benefits: comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree
5 years of experience managing technical programs
5+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions
3+ years of experience in building distributed systems
3+ years experience building highly scalable mobile products
3+ years of experience with Agile delivery
3+ years experience delivering large and complex programs
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical field
