Must-have
One year direct team supervisory experience
Reading electrical pneumatic hydraulic blueprints
Managing conflict and decision making skills
Working weekends including two per month
Lifting materials up to 40 lbs

Journeyman or Engineering Degree preferred
Robotics experience in metal manufacturing
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Willingness to ask questions and take initiative
