Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years progressive experience in Absence and Disability Management
  • Minimum 2 years experience in leadership or supervisory role
  • Completed post-secondary education in Health Sciences, Business Administration, Counseling, Human Services, HR, or Health and Wellness
  • Knowledge of disability best practices, group insurance, mental health claims, LTD coverages, and HR legislation
  • Demonstrated project management experience with large organizations
