Key Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Program by ASHA
  • Current, unencumbered, active Colorado Speech Therapist License
  • Experience in post-acute or long-term care environment preferred
  • Successfully completed national examination in SLP approved by HHS Secretary
  • CPR certification as requested
