Base: Richmond, VA $138,100-$157,700; McLean, VA $151,900-$173,400; Plano, TX $138,100-$157,700; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentives including cash bonuses and/or long term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
At least 3 years in Program, Project, or Product Management
Minimum 1 year experience with Atlassian tools
Preferred 4+ years management experience
Experience with Workday HRIS
Experience automating workflows with AI tooling
PMP, Lean, Agile (SAFE), or Six Sigma certification
