Job Summary
The Marine Captain Grade 1 is responsible for the operational and administrative command and maintenance of a vessel of the City of Toronto’s Ferry Service.
As Captain, they will utilize their marine expertise and knowledge of Toronto Harbour to ensure the safety of their crew, freight, and ferry passengers.
The Captain will ensure the ferry boat remains in compliance with Transport Canada’s Domestic Ferry Security Regulations and will maintain MARSEC protocols.
