Kraft Heinz is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager for their Garland, TX facility to drive productivity and cost reduction initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing operations, lead continuous improvement projects, and possess relevant certifications in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

Job Summary

  • Provide a full range of productivity services to Operations and direct cost reduction programs for the facility including leading lean events and implementing Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS).
  • Act as a coach for the KHMS, lead the Site Steering Committee, and work closely with the KHMS Task Force to drive greater utilization of processes and procedures.
  • Develop and manage the department’s operating budget and manage and evaluate the Continuous Improvement staff.
