  • Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew, providing guidance and training to develop them and setting performance standards.
  • Deepens loyalty with existing Ultra High Net Worth clients by anticipating needs and demonstrating expertise to align solutions.
  • This role is part of our hybrid work model with Tuesdays – Thursdays required in our offices to foster collaboration and relationships.
