  • This job is responsible for answering calls received into the centralized call center, using appropriate procedures and tools to provide First Call Resolution.
  • The Representative will handle routine inquiries with well-defined protocols as well as some more complex inquiries, assisting patients with all requests and specialties.
  • The role requires prompt answering of a multi-line telephone system and processing complex medical service requests in a confidential manner with strict adherence to policies and procedures.
