Job Summary

  • Deliver pragmatic and innovative legal solutions for Remote’s products and stakeholders, while protecting Remote from unacceptable risk.
  • Lead AI and HRIS product compliance, partnering with Product, Engineering, Security and the Privacy team, and embed a risk-based legal review into product development workflows.
  • This role is expected to own product T&Cs for HRIS and AI features and stand up core Product AI governance including model inventory and risk classification.
