Honor Technology is seeking a Territory Manager to lead growth and operations within their Owned & Operated business in the Saint Charles, Missouri area. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with extensive experience in field sales and operations, driving performance and building community relationships

Job Summary

  • As Territory Manager, you will act as the market leader for your territory—owning growth, day-to-day operations, and overall P&L performance within Honor’s Owned & Operated business.
  • This role is a hybrid of working from home and out in the field in Saint Charles, Missouri and the greater St. Louis metro area, with 75+% of your time expected to be in the field.

  • Experience in a growth-stage or rapidly evolving environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and/or BI tools
