Job Summary

  • This position shall be responsible for leading/driving independently multiple New Product Development, Technology Improvement, Customer Specials and VAVE projects.
  • Lead engineering activities independently to complete New Product Development, Technology Improvement and ETO Projects through Customer Focused Innovation (CFI) stage gate process.
  • Coordinate independently with cross-functional teams to complete all project deliverables, PPAP approvals, pre-production support etc.
