Job Summary

  • Manages the implementation of the Residential Life Student Conduct Process, including the Formal Hearing process, for an average of 450 annual reports involving 1100 individual cases.
  • Develops and manages sanctioning guidelines for Residential Life staff based on student development theory and educational principles.
  • Maintains confidential student conduct records in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the University of Washington’s Record Management Services Office.
