Job Summary
The Correctional Contracts Manager has the responsibility of all Correctional Contracts, so they are effectively established, administered and monitored across the department.
Establish and maintain contract performance reporting, including data collection and analysis aligned to SLA KPIs/KPMs, and provide regular performance metrics and insights to support operational governance and decision-making.
Full time employment comes with a monthly Accrued Day Off (additional day off per month!).
