Job Summary
This role will serve as the corporate expert in all molten metal processes—including casting, melting, and recycling—across the global network of conventional and aluminum-lithium casthouses.
The individual will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices in these areas by benchmarking both internal and external casting operations and staying current with emerging technologies in the market.
As the principal troubleshooter, they will address complex problems that cannot be resolved by local resources or that have a system-wide impact on casthouse operations.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, Ceramics, or Chemical Engineering
8 years of related experience
4 years of molten metal process experience
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States
