Job Summary
The Manager, Claims position oversees claims administration for the company’s insurance and self-insurance programs, including claims and litigation management as well as vendor relations and data analysis.
This role provides claims settlement authority, directs outside counsel and claims adjusters, and supports all aspects of the company’s risk management programs.
The position requires approximately 20% travel and regular attendance at the corporate office in Charlotte, North Carolina, with scheduled shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
