Job Summary
As an Associate Technical Success Manager (TSM) at New Relic, you will play a foundational role in nurturing technical relationships with customers, supporting their initial adoption and understanding of our platform.
Support technical onboarding, conduct fundamental training sessions, and monitor customer progress to ensure they begin to realize platform value.
Partner with customers to develop business cases for expansion and quantify solution impacts through regular reporting, presenting platform capabilities and creating new content.
