Job Summary

  • As an Associate Technical Success Manager (TSM) at New Relic, you will play a foundational role in nurturing technical relationships with customers, supporting their initial adoption and understanding of our platform.
  • Support technical onboarding, conduct fundamental training sessions, and monitor customer progress to ensure they begin to realize platform value.
  • Partner with customers to develop business cases for expansion and quantify solution impacts through regular reporting, presenting platform capabilities and creating new content.
