Job Summary
This interdisciplinary role requires a unique blend of rowing coaching expertise and engineering or data analytics skills to optimize athlete performance.
The individual will be responsible for optimizing boat gearing, rigging, and seat ergonomics while providing real-time feedback to student-athletes.
Candidates must assist the head coach in administrative coordination, including scheduling, travel planning, and monitoring academic progress for compliance.
