Manna Post Acute is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) who will support the Director of Nursing in managing nursing staff and ensuring quality care for residents. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 3-5 years of management experience in a long-term care facility, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Job Summary
Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7 day per week basis.
Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, ensuring resident safety, and ensuring residents are treated with the utmost respect.
Assists the DON in the design, implementation and evaluation of nursing systems that ensure consistent delivery of care and maintains and promotes resident rights.
