The Nutrition Assistant supports the delivery of nutrition services in compliance with Title 22, California Code of Regulations, Section 54333, by assisting the Registered Dietitian in preparing, documenting, and monitoring participant nutritional care.
This position helps ensure all dietary services meet the individualized needs of participants and comply with California Department of Public Health (CDPH) licensing requirements.
