Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for the ongoing development, implementation, and evaluation of programs supporting over 120 student volunteer staff and 180 league officials.
  • The incumbent serves as the lead Race Director for the UBC Triathlon, managing all aspects from route planning and permitting to participant experience and safety.
  • This position requires regular evening and weekend work to effectively recruit, train, and manage student staff while ensuring a culture of learning and leadership.
