Job Summary
As Director of Rehabilitation, you will lead and oversee all rehabilitation services within the facility, manage, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary therapy team, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards.
We are looking for a Licensed PT, OT, or SLP with previous leadership or management experience in a rehab setting and strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and best practices.
