Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and FDA regulations
Ability to manage study start-up and close-out processes
Competency in Electronic Medical Record systems

Phlebotomy and pediatric experience preferred
Certification in clinical research from SoCRA or ACRP
Experience mentoring team members
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy
