Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years designing conversational experiences
Experience with Kore.ai, Cognigy, Dialogflow, or similar
Experience in Agile or cross-functional teams
US work authorization required
Travel to Chattanooga, Tennessee for final interview
