Salary
Pay Range: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour (DOE)

Treat residents as directed by PT
Complete timely accurate compliant documentation

Participate in resident care conferences
Educate residents families on home exercise programs
Nice-to-have
Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred
Proficiency with Net Health EMR systems
Proficiency with PointClickCare PCC systems
Collaborative team environment focus
Assist nursing staff with Restorative Aides training
Key Requirements
Associate Degree from accredited PTA program
Current active California PTA license
CPR certification required
Continuing education requirements per state regulations
