Payoneer is seeking a Legal Counsel for its Shanghai office to support various legal matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and employment law. The ideal candidate should have 4-7 years of post-qualification experience, strong English proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions

Job Summary

  • Provide legal support in a variety of cross-organizational matters, including corporate matters, privacy, employment, procurement and banking relationships.
  • Partner with business, product and R&D to support the regulatory assessment of new products, services and GTM initiatives in China.
  • Stay up to date with applicable PRC laws, regulations and industry guidance that impact Payoneer, monitoring key PRC regulatory developments and sharing such learnings with relevant stakeholders.
