Must-have
2+ years digital content streaming experience
Expertise in video compression formats
Experience with Digital Media and content management systems
Hands-on installation and support of CCTV systems
Knowledge of network topology and components
Nice-to-have
Ability to read floorplans and technical drawings
Familiarity with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms
Experience coordinating geographically dispersed teams
Familiarity with entertainment or live events industry
Strong risk management and conflict resolution skills
