The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents while supervising the day-to-day activities of nursing assistants.
The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and the Nursing Service Procedures Manual to maintain high-quality care.
Employees must participate in developing and implementing the facility's quality assurance program and assist in training new staff through orientation and in-service classes.

Current active LPN/LVN license
