  • As a Project Manager 3 for our Civil East office, you will contribute to our team by supporting the Civil East District through the delivery of bridge and transportation projects, ensuring safe, high-quality execution while maintaining strong coordination with owners, agencies, and project partners.
  • This role is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, and budget; overseeing subcontractor performance; and serving as the primary client and agency contact while ensuring compliance with DOT requirements, safety programs, and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of progressive construction experience
  • Demonstrated experience implementing a strong safety culture
  • In-depth knowledge of construction industry
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to identify and manage risk and opportunities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, project management and scheduling software
