Job Summary

• As a Merchant Strategy & Operations Senior Associate at DoorDash, you will lead the support experience for our merchants, owning both the strategy & execution of how we serve them once they’re live on the platform.
• You’ll be responsible for transforming support into a tech-first, scalable, and seamless experience that drives merchant satisfaction, retention & loyalty.
• You have a proven track record of working on highly cross-functional initiatives, managing towards ambitious goals, and succeeding in a complex environments.

Matching Summary

Salary

Base: $87,000—$128,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: opportunities for equity grants; Benefits: comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan with employer matching, 16 weeks of paid parental leave, wellness benefits, commuter benefits match, paid time off and paid sick leave, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 11 paid holidays, disability and basic life insurance, family-forming assistance, and a mental health program.
