In this role you will help with service recovery, de-escalation, assist with meeting quality metrics, assist in the ED when there are trauma/codes, assist in L&D as 2nd RN, and assist on the floor when the house is busy.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Current RN license in state of practice
BLS certification
1-2 years clinical experience
