Base: $19.80 - $29.70 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Incentive and premium pay available; Benefits: Paid time off and health benefits included

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Current listing on DFS Nurse Aide Registry as Nurse Aide I
American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Completion of Nurse Aide I+4 Course with RN validation
Physical abilities testing
NCBON certification for Peripheral IV and Urinary Catheter skills
