Job Summary
Ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of all plant utilities systems, guaranteeing operational continuity through solid technical management, effective budget control, and successful execution of improvement and expansion projects (CAPEX).
Lead and execute CAPEX projects from technical definition to commissioning, administer and control OPEX and CAPEX budgets for the area, and drive improvements in energy efficiency, costs, and reliability.
Develop, implement, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance plans, analyze failures, perform RCA, and implement corrective/preventive actions, while supporting production and maintenance areas with specialized technical support.
