Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in occupancy planning, workplace strategy, or corporate real estate
  • At least 5 years in management role
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Advanced understanding of workplace strategy and design principles
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency in CAFM/IWMS systems, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service
  • Experience in change management
  • Executive engagement
