Job Summary
Provide strategic and operational leadership to an Area retail team and support Regional Managers to drive the delivery of strategic and operational objectives.
Collaborate with the Regional Manager to set and execute area and store strategic agendas, including workforce and succession planning aligned to Regional and National strategy.
