Job Summary

  • The Regional Sales Manager will direct and manage multiple sales channels supporting the Power Switching business to ensure growth targets are attained for all products, services & solutions in the specified region.
  • Collaborate with multiple ABB sales teams and channel partners to drive sales directly with end-users and through gen dealers, electrical contractors, distribution, and OEM accounts; support complex contract negotiation; develop strategic end user customer relationships with key decision makers.
  • This position is expected to pay between $100,500 and $160,800 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline and/or advanced business degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales
  • Experience working with third party channel partners
  • Thorough understanding of customer base and channel in assigned region
  • Strong knowledge of the electrical power industry
  • Work authorization to permit them to work for ABB in the US
