Collaborate with Data Scientists and Data Analysts to develop data models and pipelines for research, reporting, and machine learning.
As a highly motivated and experienced data engineer, you are to take ownership and maintain our data platform, ensuring their stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
data processing and workflow management tools
ETL/ELT, Data warehousing, BI Development
building end-to-end data systems
Python, Scala or similar
SQL for data investigation
cloud data technologies
large data sets in SQL/Databricks/PySpark
Nice-to-have

Event-Driven streaming systems
DBT knowledge and use
data vault experience

technical leadership

Key Requirements
5+ years incorporating data processing and workflow management tools
5+ years ETL/ELT, Data warehousing, and/or BI Development
5+ years building and maintaining end-to-end data systems
5+ years using Python, Scala or similar
5+ years using SQL
3+ years working with cloud data technologies
Experience with large data sets in SQL/Databricks/PySpark
Experience with Spark Streaming, and Delta (Live) Tables
Experience with storage systems such as Azure Storage/ Data Lakes
Experience with data modelling
Experience developing for continuous integration and automated deployments
Experience developing on cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
1+ years software development using JavaScript, Java, or C#
