Must-have
Lived experience with SMI or SUD
Valid driver's license required
Two years demonstrated recovery time
State Peer Recovery certification eligibility
Basic proficiency with smartphone technology
Nice-to-have
Experience with direct in-person outreach
Understanding of trauma-informed approaches
Familiarity with local community resources
Interest in gaining Community Health Worker credential
Expertise in recovery education and coaching
Key Requirements
State Peer Recovery certification or eligibility within six months
Two years demonstrated recovery time from mental health or substance abuse disorder
Valid driver's license in good standing
Eligibility to drive under company insurance policy
