Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 3 years inspection experience in manufacturing
  • Ability to use CMM and optical comparators
  • Intermediate understanding of blueprint interpretation
  • Functional knowledge of geometric dimensions and tolerances
  • Willingness to pass visual acuity exam

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with AS9100 quality system requirements
  • Knowledge of special processes like brazing and welding
  • Familiarity with 5S and lean manufacturing principles
  • Demonstrated ability to work in self-directed teams
  • Prior experience in customer requirements and audits

Key Requirements

  • High School Education or GED equivalency
  • 3 years' inspection experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • Ability to obtain Braze, Weld and Solder inspection certification
  • Must meet U.S. Person status for export control compliance
