Job Summary

  • The Maintenance Manager is responsible for all production equipment, services and facility equipment, infrastructure, including execution of repairs driven by established preventative, predictive and continuous improvement programs.
  • Maintain facility/production line conditions to meet established GMPs/HAACP, and Food Safety Regulations, and establish and maintain departmental SOPs to meet this goal.
  • The role includes managing and directing contractors, leading Kaizen events, and managing the maintenance department budget for electricity, water, sewer, R&M equipment, supplies, services, and labor.
