Job Summary

  • Provide leadership and operational oversight for fourteen veterinary hospitals across the region, ensuring operational excellence, high-quality patient care, and a collaborative work environment.
  • Partner with Hospital Managers and Medical Directors to support hospital performance, associate engagement, and medical excellence, while supporting the development and retention of hospital leadership and associate teams.
