Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • 7+ years experience in pharmaceutical fill & finish manufacturing
  • Deep expertise in isolator-based aseptic processing
  • Proven leadership of Senior Production Engineers teams
  • Strong knowledge of GMP validation and regulatory expectations
  • Experience with CMMS systems like SAP
  • Ability to lead CapEx and OpEx equipment projects

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean principles
  • Familiarity with automation and digital systems
  • Experience with upstream/downstream biotech processes

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
