Job Summary

  • This role sits within Searchflow’s Sales function and is responsible for leading performance across two specialist sales pods: Commercial Real Estate and Residential Conveyancing.
  • As Legal Market Sales Manager, you will drive growth across these markets by developing the sales strategy alongside the Sales Director and ensuring it is clearly translated into focused, effective activity across your teams.
  • You will work closely with legal firms and internal stakeholders across Landmark to shape and deliver compelling propositions, while developing and coaching your sales teams to achieve their targets and grow the business sustainably.
